Adidas Orignals are seeing a revival following their hay-day during the mid eighties when sported by the young Stone Roses-loving mods and off-duty rock stars.
The brand have just launched another collection with Topshop for a capsule collection, achieving the perfect balance of street style and the rich sports heritage trend. Adidas's Creative Director Kate Phelan recently spoke of the collecion, "“Our love of fashion and sportswear comes to life in this capsule collection. Sportstyle classics with bold graphic numbers are the superstar looks this season."

Reimagining adidas for the Topshop girl, the collection updates iconic staples with slim silhouettes, and a bold, '80s hip-hop inspired color scheme. The oh-so classic and essential Superstar jacket has been updated with a cream perforated leather construction, and the matching trainers with a clear sole and a metallic cracked leather shell toe.
“Our capsule with Topshop is the perfect partnership, as it allows us to explore a contemporary fashion aesthetic while paying homage to our iconic sportswear roots,” added Josefine Aberg, Design Director of adidas Originals.
