IKEA is holding an exceptionally compfy and cosy three-day pop-up in East London this week. The event opens today and running until the 20th May at Blackall Studios. The Breakfast In Bed Cafe includes a Scandinavian breakfast menu as you would expect from IKEA, which is served to guests in single or double IKEA beds. The company even have sleep specialists on hand to help them optimise their bedtime routines. After breakfast time (12-3pm), activities switch to lunchtime napping. Why can't this be a permanent feature in IKEA stores? I mean, people do want experiential services now as the become more important that the actual products which are sold. Hint hint.
